Troubleshooting of constant voltage power amplifier

Power Ampifier

1. The device is not powered on. When this happens, first check whether the power supply can be connected to the fuse tube, whether the power cord is in good condition, whether there is poor contact with the fuse tube, etc.; if the fuse tube burns, check whether the components in the broadcasting equipment are damaged. If you can't replace it by yourself, please contact the manufacturer.

2. There is no sound but the signal light is normal. When this happens, first check the speaker unit and then check the speaker leads. If everything is normal, open the case to see if the output relay is closed, and then check whether the input terminal of the relay is connected to the output terminal. If there is a fault, repair it. If not, check the signal. Whether the lead wire is in poor contact, the faulty wire can be replaced.

3. The sound is loud and small. This phenomenon may be caused by poor contact of signal lines, poor contact of potentiometers, signal coupling capacitors, and poor contact of feedback resistors.

4. Pure power amplifier sound is distorted. See if there is a soft breakdown of the power tube, the positive and negative voltages have no voltage or become low, and the resistance changes.

5. The sound level indicator light does not work. When this happens, first measure whether the voltage is normal, whether the signal is sent, and then check whether the components are damaged.
